Documents Under Control is non profit, private and personal website. Document Control is both my daily job as it is my hobby. This site is intended to provide you with information, and as a reminder to myself. It is also intended to spread the information to a broad audience.
I have created a very own style and view on document control. Whenever hired through an agency no garantee are given that it will work 100%. Only if I get a carte blanche I will be able to create an effective, efficient and solid document control center from the ground. However limitations are caused by IT, project managers and company regulations usually means there is a compromise created somewhere.
I am located in the Netherlands, when sending me a message or email keep the time table in mind when you live in another part of the world.

In short, be a good citizen. I live by the law, I expect you to respect that too. This site is based on my personal experience in multiple companies, reading, learning and keeping an open mind towards other opinions.
Although applicable in the majority of companies no garanties are given that it will work in yours. For 100% safety you should use your comon sense, or call me. This site is supposed to be read as a guide to help you in finding your sollution, not giving you THE sollution.
My aim is to make this site as informative as posible and be an asset to the community.
